I want to write today in support of the assistance that Elvira Harisiadis Koller of Ameuropeservices has provided to me in management and rental of my condominium located in Escazu.  I can not say enough about the help Elvira has provided to me over the last few years.  I can honestly say that as an absentee landlord I would not have been able to stay current on all the issues with the condo and certainly not been able to solicit and place renters in the unit without Elvira.  It goes without saying that Elvira has gone "above and beyond" her contracted duties to a point where I am forever in her debt.  I can't say enough about her integrity and professionalism.  I would recommend her services without any reservations.
