I was for business reasons in New York and on my way back to Caracas, I decided to make a stop over in Costa Rica to visit my dear friend Elvira. As I love sunsets, I was captured with this image and asked Elvira about this future building. As the manager and director of Ameurope Services, she immediately gave me all the information and set up an appointment with the developer. Elvira, Thank you very much for your (and your family’s) services of locating a condo/residence.  I have tried many Costa Rican real estate people (and will not refer to them as real estate agents) to assist in locating a residence, only to be told by them to search the web and when I locate something they would be happy to show me.  I felt this was very counterproductive and just plain lazy.  As this is their job to search, match locations, and arrange for the client viewings.  On the other hand; You (& David) took total control with searching and locating what was important to me.  I thank you again for what was a very positive experience in locating property, for residence.  As word to potential clients: Elvira (and her staff) is someone in Costa Rican that you can put your total faith and trust in, for your search and acquisition. 

Finding a new home when you already are living at one you love but must leave, is not easy. Elvira made it possible, she listened and understood my needs and gave me very good options which fulfilled my requirements. When I chose the one I preferred, she negotiated the best deal for me. She is a very honest person, which is not easy to find in the real estate world. She is also very nice and the high quality of customer services she provides, makes the difference.
